 SO WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Recruitment process management ie. Posting roles on CRM and administering advertising
• Sourcing and shortlisting of candidates against client requirements
• Participating in job updates with BD specialists, senior recruiters and practice directors, feeding back activity logs
• Being THE point of contact for the candidates, supporting them through the process and developing a great relationship with them as they move into the next stage of their career with our clients

Required Skills

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO HAVE…

• You’ll be well educated, holding a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree – a science major or minor would be advantageous
• You’ll have a good working history as an agency recruiter / Life Sciences sector would be a bonus
• You’ll be articulate, both written and spoken, and be able to adjust to suit your audience
• You’ll be able to keep up with the pace of an ever changing work environment, and keep it cool under pressure
• You’ll need to be tech-savvy and know your way around MS office systems
• Above all else- you’ll be motivated by success, resilient and have a real drive to “win!”
