    We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter who specializes in TECHNICAL OR ENGINEERING positions to work directly for our Bartech corporate office. This full time permanent position offers amazing opportunity, great base pay plus an outstanding commission structure! 

    Required Skills

    Knowledge of:

    • Staffing industry recruiting experience (Engineering Recruiting a plus)

    • Applicant Tracking Systems and Vendor Management Systems (i.e. Beeline, Peopleclick, Job Diva, Fieldglass)

    • Microsoft Office

    • Ability to:

    • Communicate extremely well, both verbally and in writing

    • Manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment

    • Understand and communicate technical information

    • Negotiate

    Required Experience

    • 1-2 years agency specific recruiting experience, VMS recruiting strongly preferred.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred
