    Boutique HR Consultancy firm looking to add their next exceptional team member! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assistance with recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence for clients. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our clients and teams in order to help them with their human resource needs. The ideal candidate will have a people first mentality, approach every situation in a proactive manner and be comfortable having the uncomfortable conversations.

    PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY 

    HR Generalist

    Responsibilities

    • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
    • Recommends, reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
    • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
    • Assist with payroll and benefits administration when necessary
    • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
    • Responds to client needs accurately and efficiently.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Advanced knowledge and understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    1099 Contractor

    Part-Time! Must be completely comfortable working in a part time capacity, 20 hours/week 10-2pm Central Time

    Hourly range: $22-$28/hour DOE
