Boutique virtual assistance agency looking for Virtual Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant to join our team to serve service-based clientele nationwide to provide administrative support while working remotely. You will perform various executive administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom and Google Meet. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision within given deadlines.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of EA experience. Project management experience. Event coordination experience.
