Recruiting agency startup looking to add an eager Sales & Marketing Assistant to the team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
Create graphics for social media posts
Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
Manage administrative duties
Research potential new clients
Contact cold prospects

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or GED certificate
1-3 years experience in marketing or equivalent education
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva(Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus
Fluency in Google Workspace (Gmail, GCal, Sheets, Docs etc.)
Benefits

Hours will vary based on project volume but is anticipated to average 5-10 hours/week
$20-$30/hour + Commission on new clients acquired
