Customer Experience Representative
Job Description
POSITION TYPE: Part-time, 25-30 hours per week with the future opportunity for full-time
PAY: $14-16 per hour, depending on experience, plus incentives
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We would like the individual in this role to be able to back up other support positions in the company. This may include, but is not limited to, making outbound calls to follow-up after service and installations to ensure customer satisfaction, accepting deliveries weighing up to 25lbs and other in-office tasks.

The duties of this position must be performed in the office.
