IMG is looking to fill positions in our sales & marketing department.

IMG is a privately owned and operated sales & marketing consulting firm that focuses on generating a larger customer base and market share for our national clients. We pride ourselves on providing some of the best sales and business skill sets in the INLAND EMPIRE AREA. We are looking for the right people to train with the goal to make a management level role in less than 1 year.

We are currently looking for Entry-Level candidates to participate in our professional management and consultant training program in order to meet the demands of our growing client list. Candidates with military, security, warehouse, or labor industries are encouraged to apply.

As entry-level team members, they'll work closely with several experienced trainers in our industry. They'll develop a greater understanding of our many marketing, client relations, and business consultative services and the strategies that support them.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-5 years of Marketing, Sales, or Customer-Service related experience or relevant college coursework
• Able to interface with new and existing customers and marketing teams to increase customer exposure to products and services.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in work, school, or sports
• Self-starter with outgoing and results-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
