SALARY RANGE: $36000 - $46000 PER YEAR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
TRACK SALES CAMPAIGNS AND PERFORMANCE AGAINST CLIENTS’ MARKETING GOALS USING THE COMPANY DASHBOARD.
ANALYZE SALES AND COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE, IDENTIFY DISCREPANCIES, AND REPORT FINDINGS TO THE ACCOUNT TEAM.
DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE AND ACHIEVE CLIENTS’ MARKETING GOALS.
PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND REPORTING TO THE ACCOUNT TEAM FOR THEIR DAILY COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS AND VENDORS.
DEVELOP, MAINTAIN, AND GROW RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND VENDORS.
WORK CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY WITH THE MARKETING TEAM ON CLIENTS’ DELIVERABLES.
KEEP UP WITH SALES TRENDS AND INDUSTRY NEWS.
Qualifications
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL, HOSPITALITY, SALES, AND/OR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PLUS.
MUST BE POLISHED, CHEERFUL, AND CONFIDENT FOR CLIENT MEETINGS, NETWORKING EVENTS.
CAPABLE OF PROSPECTING AND PITCHING CLIENTS IN PERSON, VIA PHONE OR EMAIL.
USE AND MAINTAIN A CUSTOMER CRM DATABASE.
HARD-WORKING, PUNCTUAL TEAM PLAYER.
EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC AND A STRONG SENSE OF URGENCY.
PASSIONATE ABOUT LEARNING SKILLS IN NEW DEPARTMENTS.
SELF-MOTIVATED AND CAREER-DRIVEN.
