    INSIDE SALESPERSON

    Richardson based Impiger Technologies is seeking a motivated inside salesperson with atleast three to four years of sales experience. This individual will be responsible for developing and setting prospect appointments for the outside sales team. This team member will have a good understanding of Impiger’s services and solutions and be proficient in communicating the benefits and value proposition of Impiger solutions. Responsibilities include but not limited to identifying prospects, prospecting via cold calling, email, and networking with the overall goal of setting up appointments.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • SALES SUPPORT – Must be able to work closely with sales manager and execute a strategy to maximize both revenue growth and profitability along with building long-term customer loyalty.
    • OUTBOUND CALLING- Must be able to maintain a call volume necessary to schedule pre- determined number of highly qualified sales appointments.
    • LEAD MANAGEMENT/GENERATION- managing same day follow-up on leads from all lead sources. Manage Impiger’s leads from markets where Impiger’s services and solutions may apply.
    • DATABASE MANAGEMENT- Accurately manage the appending and usage of data from lead database. Continually update Impiger’s CRM with all your customer contact, prospects profile and sales activity information. Track all referrals.
    • Ability to build rapport with prospects
    • Strong verbal, written, and PC skills in Microsoft Office
    • Self-starter, high energy, results-driven individual.
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage various activities.
    • Must possess strong organizational skills.
    • Respond to technical issues, coordinate and oversee resolution of problems.
    • Coordinate resolutions of problems/issues with appropriate internal resources.
    • Explain product features and benefits.
    • Familiarize self with competitors' products and sell against them.
    • Proven inside sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS IN A SALES/TECHNICAL SALES OR SALES SUPPORT ROLE
    • STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE/TECHNICAL SERVICE BACKGROUND
    • BACHELOR’S DEGREE PREFERRED OR STRONG HISTORY OF SUCCESS
