Implementation And Training Coordinator - Maintenance Operations Software
Continuum Co. is looking for an energetic, operations-driven professional to lead the rollout and staff training of our new task management software. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience in maintenance operations and a strong ability to leverage technology to enhance workflows. This is not a technical support or engineering role — the focus is on operational implementation, process optimization, and hands-on training. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Conshohocken, PA, involving a blend of in-office work, remote tasks, and field travel. Travel will primarily be along the East Coast, from Virginia to Maine. Responsibilities: • Assist with the setup, configuration, and customization of task management software for a maintenance services environment • Develop workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using the software • Train field technicians, dispatchers, and office staff on platform usage • Create easy-to-follow guides, reference materials, and training documentation • Conduct onboarding sessions (both in-person and virtual) to ensure a smooth rollout • Support users during the initial implementation period with hands-on assistance • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational processes and integrate them into the software • Track software adoption and recommend additional training as needed • Travel is required to train field staff and support rollout across multiple job sites and offices Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in a maintenance, facilities management, property services, or general contracting environment • Strong understanding of workflows like work orders, dispatch, job tracking, invoicing, and reporting • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using software applications • Excellent communication and training skills — able to teach both office and field staff clearly and patiently • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Ability to connect operational needs with technology solutions • Experience with platforms such as ServiceTitan, simPRO, BigChange, FieldEdge, UpKeep, or similar (preferred but not required) • Experience writing SOPs or training materials • Familiarity with mobile apps used by field service teams Compensation: $70,000 Annually
