    Our company is growing and looking for an Implementation & Compliance Specialist to support our clients in our Education Manager division. The Implementation & Compliance Specialist (ICS) plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation, rollout and ongoing compliance with our healthcare clients. The ICS must consistently maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to keep them engaged and informed throughout the implementation process and beyond.

    Additionally, the Implementation & Compliance Specialist (ICS) is dedicated to supporting continuous improvement initiatives, both internally and externally. By doing so, they aim to enhance the overall client experience. Their contributions are crucial to optimizing both the Client’s & HPC’s success, as well as fostering robust relationships.

    This position requires travel to client locations. Travel is anticipated to range from 60-75%.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Schedule daily and/or weekly meetings with client stakeholders to keep the client on track during implementation and then after implementation to drive compliance with Stakeholder departments.
    • Effectively communicates and supports the HPC Education Manager service and always maintains a positive and professional demeanor. Engages in constructive dialogue with clients, colleagues, and team members to ensure clarity, alignment, and the successful achievement of project goals.
    • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of HPC’s Education Manager solution.
    • Audits – conduct regular audits of processes & practices to address compliance risks. Evaluate each client’s compliance by department and develop strategies to increase compliance.
    • Documentation – maintain detailed documentation of implementation and stay on top of follow-ups to keep everyone on track with deadlines.
    • Work with various team members to ensure there is continuous communication & engagement with clients.
    • Training & Support – Provide initial training for client employees (program users) during implementation to ensure effective use of the HPC S.M.A.R.T. Hub and understanding of the service.
    • Reporting – Regularly report to leadership on the implementation of new clients and the compliance of all existing clients where you provide status, issues, and solutions.

    • Problem solving skills. The ability to identify issues, think critically & develop practical solutions is essential for managing compliance challenges
    • Collaboration & relationship building skills. The ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders is key for driving a successful implementation and compliance
    • Project Management. Effective project management skills are crucial for planning, scheduling and coordinating implementation projects to ensure implementation stays on schedule
    • Adaptability – The ability to adapt to changing requirements, this includes being flexible and open to new ideas and approaches
    • Leadership skills. Leading implementations. driving compliance of the contract, influencing organizational culture and the ability to inspire others around you
    • Analytical Thinking – The ability to analyze client reports
    • Intermediate or advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Minimum 2+ years client service experience in healthcare

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 2+ years related experience in business analysis
    • Demonstrated experience as a relationship or client service manager, implementation/project manager, business process consultant, or sales engineer
    • Travel 60-75%
