Position Summary
Most software implementations fail not because the tech is broken, but because the strategy is missing. At Bridge, we're looking for an Implementation Consultant who understands that "launching" is just the beginning.
You won't just be checking boxes; you'll be the architect who helps organizations bridge the gap between "we bought an LMS" and "we have a thriving learning culture."
The Problems You'll Solve
Clients often come to us with fragmented data, manual workflows, and a vague idea of their goals. Your job is to:
- Translate Goals into Workflows: You'll take high-level business needs and turn them into a configured, functional platform that actually works for their employees.
- Navigate Complexity: You'll guide clients through technical hurdles—from user permissions to reporting structures—ensuring their setup is scalable, not a future headache.
- Bridge the Communication Gap: You'll act as the translator between technical requirements and human-centric HR strategies.
Your Impact
In this role, success looks like a client who feels empowered, not overwhelmed. You will:
- Own the First Impression: As the primary lead during the implementation lifecycle, you set the tone for the client's entire long-term relationship with Bridge.
- Empower Administrators: Through tailored training and clear documentation, you'll turn "new users" into confident platform experts.
- Drive Strategic Value: You ensure that the platform isn't just "live," but is actively solving the client's original business challenges from day one.
What You'll Do
- Consult & Discover: Lead discovery sessions to map out client processes and technical requirements.
- Project Lead: Manage timelines, project plans, and internal tracking (Harvest) for multiple concurrent implementations.
- Configure & Train: Hands-on setup of courses, groups, and roles, followed by delivering training sessions that stick.
- Seamless Handoff: Transition clients to our Support and Account teams with a clear roadmap for their future growth.
What You Bring
- The Experience: At least 3 years of experience implementing LMS, HRIS, or similar enterprise software.
- The Mindset: You are a project manager by nature and a consultant by heart. You can manage scope and deadlines without losing sight of the human element.
- The Communication: You can explain complex configurations to a non-technical HR team without using jargon.
