    Manager – Implementation Consulting
    Location: Hybrid (1-3 days per week in office in Irving, TX) Travel: 20%+

    Overview:
    We’re seeking an experienced and people-focused Manager of Implementation Consulting to lead a team delivering complex SaaS implementations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring every project runs efficiently, aligns with client goals, and delivers measurable value. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while driving client satisfaction and team growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and Develop Team: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of configuration and implementation consultants. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development planning.

    • Oversee Projects: Provide strategic and technical oversight on software implementations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.

    • Coach and Grow Talent: Identify training opportunities, develop skill-building plans, and promote professional growth within the team.

    • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to refine delivery processes, set team goals, and contribute to the broader Professional Services strategy.

    • Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients as needed to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

    Qualifications:

    • 3–5+ years of experience in technical consulting, configuration, or implementation of complex SaaS solutions.

    • Proven leadership or team management experience (team lead, project manager, or similar).

    • Strong understanding of software configuration, implementation best practices, and client delivery processes.

    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
