Implementation Engineer
Position Summary: We are seeking highly experienced Implementation Engineers with a current Secret (or higher) clearance to join our Arlington, VA office. This role requires strong technical skills, deep familiarity with U.S. Government acquisition and program management, and the ability to deliver impactful insights directly to senior defense and national security leaders. Travel up to 75% required-CONUS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations of our platform for government and defense clients.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize software solutions using SQL, Python, and related tools.
- Translate complex data into executive-ready insights, visualizations, and briefings.
- Train and support end users to maximize mission impact.
- Partner with engagement and product teams to capture demand and improve offerings.
- Present technical and analytical findings to senior defense stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Active U.S. Secret clearance or higher (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or national security-related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in defense, federal acquisitions, program management, or national security analytics.
- Strong customer service experience both from home office and in field experience.
- Strong technical skills with SQL/Python and ability to manage complex data workflows.
- Proven track record delivering insights and briefings to government executives.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with defense acquisition lifecycle, supply chain risk management, or PPBE.
- Background in SaaS, advisory, or analytics products.
- Experience with data analytics, with complex data sets.
Location & Compensation:
- Arlington, VA
- Pay: $140,000 - $150,000
