    JOB SUMMARY:

    Under general supervision, the Implementation Manager interacts with the appropriate levels within the organization to ensure flawless execution at the account level by creating appropriate project implementation plans, status reports, and developing a project regimen to ensure a positive customer experience for internal as well as external customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist with change management for new implementation plans/tools/processes to account personnel.

    • Communicate internally and externally to all levels of an organization.

    • Compile input into a value stream process map.

    • Conduct end-user training as needed.

    • Continuously refine business implementation practices to align with divisional business model and strategy.

    • Coordinate with other departments/divisions/teams to facilitate the resolution of problems.

    • Develop implementation processes.

    • Follow organizational policies/procedures/standards while meeting customer requirements.

    • Lay the foundation to build customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction. Manage the project timeline, presentations, and customer documents from creation, through completion, and review.

    • Monitor implementation progress by providing periodic reports to management. Provide solutions to customers, as appropriate.

    • Travel to customer sites to understand their needs and deliver requirements in order to properly serve the customer.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

    • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years combination of education, experience and training

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Management, Technology, Transportation Logistics, Communication, Engineering or a related field

    • Deep understanding of current trends and general business knowledge

    • Demonstrated process mapping skills

    • Develop and document test cases with users

    • Provide end-user testing and training

    • Excellent analytical skills

    • Leverages functional/technical expertise to get results

    • Contributes to overall project status reporting

    • Effective cross-functional decision making

    • Self-motivation

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelors: Business Administration/Management, Bachelors: Business Communications, Bachelors: Technology Education, Bachelors: Transportation Logistics, GED (Required), High School (Required)
