The portfolio of solutions drives outcomes – total cost of care reduction, clinical quality improvement, better experiences, health equity and simplicity – to achieve business and financial objectives.

The Implementation Product Owner ensures successful deployment of assigned products by bridging development and implementation teams, contextualizing MVPs for local environments, and driving scalable rollout plans. This role acts as the product SME during implementation, develops repeatable playbooks, and applies Agile practices to maximize product value and meet customer needs.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Product Implementation Delivery: Own the transition from development to deployment for assigned product(s). Ensure smooth handoff by aligning technical and business requirements for successful implementation.

Contextualize MVP for Local Environments: Assess local conditions and adapt the MVP to optimize functionality and value. Recommend feature adjustments, fixes, and improvements based on implementation feedback.

Provide Technical Direction: Guide implementation teams from a technical perspective to ensure business requirements are met. Validate that MVP is functional and aligned with intended outcomes.

Act as Product Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the bridge between product development and delivery/engagement teams. Shadow product through development, provide context to implementation teams, and collaborate with engagement leads to address customer needs.

Develop and Refine Deployment Playbooks: Create and maintain step-by-step runbooks for scalable, repeatable deployments. Capture lessons learned and feed insights back to product and engagement teams for continuous improvement.

Drive Product Success Post-Deployment: Monitor implementations to ensure they meet customer needs, timelines, and quality standards. Support ongoing optimization and issue resolution.

Execute Implementation Plans: Deliver RHO-specific rollout plans, including timelines, scope, milestones, and dependencies. Coordinate across teams to manage risks and ensure on-time delivery.

Champion Agile Practices: Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to maximize product value during implementation. Foster alignment between business objectives and technical execution.—
