    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead customer kickoff calls, project check-ins, and optimization meetings throughout the implementation lifecycle.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, status updates, and implementation coordination.
    • Install and configure integrated technology components, including computers, scanners, cameras, printers, and gravimetric scales.
    • Coordinate the timely transition of equipment into active use while minimizing pharmacy downtime.
    • Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to customers and internal stakeholders on equipment use and maintenance.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities to improve product performance and usability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a coordinated implementation and service experience.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, implementation workbooks, checklists, work instructions, and training materials.
    • Maintain accurate installation and service documentation to support customer and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Stay current on product capabilities, cleanroom standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
    • Assist with equipment placement services for additional product lines.
    • Support service calls requiring on-site assistance as needed.
    • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, balancing timelines, customer needs, and project deliverables.

    Required Knowledge and Skills

    • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead training sessions and work effectively with healthcare professionals.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and cleanroom equipment certification processes.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight and weekend travel as needed.
