Title: Import Brokerage Coordinator

Shift: 8am-4:30pm, M-F in office, some flexibility with hybrid/start time

Location: Berea, OH

Salary: $50k-$70k (+/- depending on experience)

Import Brokerage Coordinator Role:

In this role, you will be at the center of global logistics, responsible for ensuring seamless ocean operations for import shipments entering the U.S. This is an opportunity to work with a dedicated team and engage with reputable carriers and partners in the industry.

Import Brokerage Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Classify shipments for customs entries
• Set up shipments for clearance
• Maintain client database
• Arrange delivery to client
• Customer service
• ISFs
• Documentation
• Entry writing
• Tracking & routing

About You:

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently.
• Must possess basic computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Teams).
• Must possess basic math knowledge.
• Must possess basic geography knowledge.
• Must be able to read and understand documents like commercial invoices, entry summaries, etc.
• 3-5 year Ocean Import experience
• 3-5 year brokerage experience
• Entry writing experience
• Knowledge of tariffs
