A well-established global logistics provider is seeking a detail-oriented Import Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a pivotal role managing the lifecycle of international shipments—from initial quoting and carrier booking to customs coordination and final delivery.

Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Quoting: Source and analyze freight rates for Air and Ocean shipments, providing customers with optimized pricing and transit options.
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage bookings with overseas agents, carriers, and domestic truckers; monitor cargo status from origin to destination.
- Compliance & Documentation: Audit Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices for 100% accuracy.
- Import Processing: Facilitate ISF filings, monitor customs clearance progress, and coordinate closely with the Customs Brokerage division.
- Financial Integrity: Issue carrier payments, handle pre-billing, and post charges/costs within the operating system.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven background in international transportation, specifically quoting freight (Air/Ocean) and auditing shipping documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); experience with CargoWise is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Incoterms, FMC regulations, and domestic trucking rates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for daily interaction with overseas partners and domestic clients.
