    We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms, including developing strategies to increase traffic, establishing schedules for the release of content, and monitoring performance to measure the success of the campaign.

    The Marketing Specialist will work with Impresiv Health leadership and the Sales team to develop and administer content that is designed to engage viewers and create an interactive relationship between potential clients and Impresiv Health. From social media and email campaigns to customer case studies and sales collateral, the Marketing Specialist is an integral team player in a high-paced, collaborative environment.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
    • Create original and engaging social media content that aligns with client's standards to raise brand awareness and drive demand and lead generation.
    • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor our social media platforms while strategically following and engaging on the social media platforms of targeted businesses and relevant influencers.
    • Drive and support Hubspot segmentation and list management to optimize the appropriate target audience.
    • Co-ordinating marketing efforts with the sales team and their ongoing needs and activities.
    • Conduct campaign analysis to determine the effectiveness of programs and share findings and recommendations with the leadership team. Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
    • Engage in special projects to help drive retention and growth

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing environment.
    • Preferably 2+ years of consulting or healthcare marketing experience.
    • Exceptional writing capabilities, along with the ability to write for different target audiences.
    • Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot) and social media platforms/tools.
    • Experience collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver a variety of customer-facing content assets.

    • You are proficient in full Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
