We’re looking for an experienced In-Ground Pool Technician to join our service team. This role includes maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, liner replacements, openings/closings, and equipment installs for residential in-ground pools. Ideal candidates are reliable, mechanically inclined, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

Routine pool maintenance & water testing

Diagnose/repair pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing, salt systems, automation

Install & service equipment

In-ground liner replacements

Pool openings/closings (start-up & winterizing)

Maintain service records & communicate with office

Provide customer guidance & care instructions

Qualifications:

3–5 years pool tech experience (in-ground preferred)

Strong mechanical/problem-solving skills

Able to lift 50+ lbs & work outdoors

Valid driver’s license; clean record

Comfortable using mobile apps/service software
