About the Role:

Become a valued member of the Green Tree Home Care team as a Home Care Aide and make a real difference in the lives of those we serve in San Bernardino, CA. We’re seeking caring and dependable individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, in-home support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.

Provide timely medication reminders.

Assist with meal preparation and feeding while meeting nutritional needs.

Perform light housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean home environment.

Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.

Provide transportation for appointments or social outings.

Work collaboratively with families and healthcare providers to ensure well-rounded care.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physically capable of lifting or assisting clients with mobility.

Compassionate, dependable, and patient with a strong desire to help others.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is a must.
