Green Tree Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Care Aide to join our team in Riverside, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their daily lives. We are specifically looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) caregiver to better support the needs of our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Support daily living activities and provide mobility assistance.

Offer meaningful companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities to promote well-being.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment within the home.

Monitor and document changes in clients’ health or behavior.

Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Follow all safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and agency protocols.

Qualifications:

Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to assist clients with lifting or mobility needs.

Must be patient, compassionate, and dependable.

Willing to undergo background checks and complete required training.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
