Job Title: In-Home Caregiver (PCA, CNA, or IHA) – Durham Area Company: Caring Hands Home Health Inc. Location: 720 West Hargett St. Raleigh, NC 27603 Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Pay Rate: Based on experience and the client’s pay source Weekly Pay PCA Pay Range: $13.50 – $15.00/hour

Benefits: Caregivers who consistently work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for a $140 monthly benefit stipend. In addition, ongoing training and professional support are provided.

Position Overview: Caring Hands Home Health, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable PCA/CNAs to provide quality in-home care to clients in Durham and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience with personal care, companionship, and assisting clients with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and respect

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Provide companionship and medication reminders

Support client transfers and mobility (bed, wheelchair, vehicle)

Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervisor

Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Qualifications:

CNA, PCA, or In-Home Aide certification (preferred, but not required for all cases)

Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience

Experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and follow care instructions

Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
