We're hiring a Home Care Case Manager / In-Home Care Sales Advisor to convert inquiries into clients and guide families through in-home care services. Use your consultative sales skills, relationship expertise, and client management experience to help seniors live safely at home while growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home assessments and sales consultations

• Match clients with caregivers and coordinate schedules
• Collaborate with marketing for referrals and follow-ups
• Participate in on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or high school diploma + 2 yrs supervisory/home care experience or state approved equivalent
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to influence decision-making
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
