🛠️ Primary Duties
Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skillset, and personality
Ensure continuous client coverage; arrange backup caregivers as needed
Handle scheduling changes and resolve caregiver issues
Verify client shifts and service authorizations with payors
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and caregivers
Helps support and recognize the exemplary performance of caregivers
Track caregiver attendance and follow up on inconsistencies
Assist with new caregiver orientation
Works closely with staff to ensure that hours and pay rates are correct for payroll and billing rates are appropriate for invoicing.
Serve as a backup caregiver if needed
Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
Special Projects: marketing, administrative, company parties, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned
✅ Qualifications
2 years of office experience (in-home care scheduling strongly preferred)
Experience in senior care or health care setting is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with AxisCare is a plus
📋 Requirements
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Own a smartphone and good computer skills
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges $23 to $25, depending on experience and qualifications.
