Job Summary
Perform various activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients, time-card processing, and motioning of telephony system, other payroll responsibilities and other office coordination duties.
This is a part time position, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
Essential Functions
Schedules and coordinates day to day schedules of both caregivers and clients
Answers telephones, takes inquiries or messages using good telephone technique
Communicates continually with associates and clients in response to any and all schedule changes
Responds promptly and courteously to all client and caregiver calls
Performs on-call and after hours duties as needed
Serves as a liaison between associates and management
Maintains required certifications of the caregiving staff
Maintains office cleanliness
Participate in Company's social media accounts
Other general office and clerical functions
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability
High School graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience
Basic office and computer skills, organizational abilities, excellent telephone skills and excellent interpersonal relations
Able to work independently, demonstrating good judgement and overall exceptional organization
Be available as required for on-call duty outside of the normal office hours
