What You’ll Do as a Personal Caregiver

As an in-home Caregiver, you will provide essential senior care and support so clients can remain safe and independent in their own homes. Typical Caregiver duties include:

Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support

Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry

Meal planning and meal preparation

Medication reminders (no medication administration)

Companionship, conversation, and emotional support

Helping with mobility, transfers, and walking

Providing safe, reliable home care in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County

Following the care plan and communicating any changes to the office team

Shifts and schedules vary, with days, evenings, overnights, and weekend Caregiver shifts available.

Caregiver Job Requirements

Preferred but not required:

Certified Home Care Aide (HCA)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

No experience? We can help you become a Caregiver – we pay for your HCA training!

Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds

Ability to pass:

Written competency evaluation

Drug screen

Nationwide background check

Honest, dependable, energetic, and caring
