About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation.

Provide medication reminders and monitor client health as needed.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Adhere to safety and health regulations while providing care.

Provide transportation as needed to appointments.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Willingness to work flexible hours.

Strong communication skills.
