Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Assist with mobility, including using lifting equipment as needed
Support clients with medication reminders and light housekeeping
Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a caregiver, particularly with lifting equipment
Ability to work in Kalamazoo and surrounding areas (Vicksburg, Mattawan, Lawton)
Must have reliable transportation
Compassionate, dependable, and responsible with excellent communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
Flexible availability between 8 AM and 10 PM
