Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor towards clients.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt to individual client needs.
