About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care (North San Diego) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join their team in San Diego, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety

Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being

Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities

Document and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:

Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with transfers
