Evening shift availability: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Rotating every other weekend

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with personal care, hygiene, and dressing

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment

Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs

Provide medication reminders

Support and educate family members on safe care techniques

Monitor client safety and report concerns to the care team

Maintain accurate and timely care documentation per company policy and care plans

Engage clients in activities and outdoor enjoyment when appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

Patient, compassionate, dependable, and professional

Comfortable with basic cooking and housekeeping

Experience with dementia care is helpful

Experience with traumatic brain injury (TBI) care is helpful

Enjoys outdoor activities and engagement

Tech-comfortable: Able to use smartphones, tablets, and apps for tasks such as placing grocery orders and completing electronic charting/documentation

Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role

Requirements

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, driving record check, and drug screen

Ability to follow all health and safety guidelines

Must be willing to commute within a 30-mile radius of the Mankato office to clients’ homes
