    Servicing Clients In: Littleton, Lakewood, and Highlands Ranch

    We’re currently seeking In-Home Caregivers to join our amazing team and help us continue providing exceptional care across Littleton, Lakewood, and Highlands Ranch.

    What You’ll Do: As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll support our clients with daily living activities including:

    Companionship and emotional support

    Meal preparation and light housekeeping

    Assistance with shopping, errands, and appointments

    Medication reminders

    Personal care and mobility assistance (as needed)

    Available Shifts: Our clients' needs vary, so shifts range between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, typically between 1 to 6 hours.

    Work-Life Balance: We understand how important flexibility is. While we do not guarantee hours, we do our best to match schedules to fit both your needs and our clients’ care plans. We provide services 24/7, 365 days a year.

    What We’re Looking For: To be part of our team, you should have:

    At least 1 year of experience in home care or facility-based care

    A kind, compassionate, and patient personality

    Strong communication skills and fluency in English

    High school diploma or GED

    A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

    Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

    The ability to pass a background check and CAPS screening

    Three professional references (names, phone numbers, and emails)

    A negative TB test within the first 30 days of employment
