Home Care Agency is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team in Sterling Heights, MI. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being

Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities as needed

Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare setting preferred

Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care

Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
