Program Description: TeamUP Counseling provides a variety of treatment services to young people with intellectual disabilities. The company employs providers that offer intensive in-home treatment services and community-based interventions.
Position Summary: The in-home clinician is responsible to provide clinical services to young people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health challenges in their home or community setting. Sessions are typically held in person, but some sessions may be held virtually. Clinical supervision is provided to those seeking licensure.
Essential Job Functions:
· 20+ hours direct service work (salary is contingent upon the total amount of direct service hours)
· Complete weekly clinical progress notes 24 hours following sessions
· Treatment plan creation for assigned youth
· Attend internal team and administrative meetings as requested
· Collaborate with members of the Child & Family Team
Requirements:
· Minimum master’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field
· Must have an active New Jersey LSW or LAC
· Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
· Attentive to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Positive and friendly personality
· Strong interpersonal skills
