IN-HOME COUNSELING IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED OUTREACH AND MARKETING PROFESSIONAL TO REPRESENT IN-HOME COUNSELING

In-Home Counseling providers long-term psychotherapy and counseling in the home or place of residence. Our services are for those of all ages, but we specialize in providing these services to the older adult and in older adult communities.

The Outreach and Marketing Professional is responsible for community outreach, maintaining professional referral relationships, creating new professional referral relationships and support with the overall marketing strategy. The Outreach and Marketing Professional will cover multiple states, but is based in the Houston area.

This position will also support provider acquisition and recruiting. Promoting the provider positions within the company and creatively recruiting, including cold-calling candidates and participating in recruitment events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Demonstrate current detailed knowledge in counseling services specific to the older adult community and those with limited access to care outside of their home.
• Proficiency in communicating psychotherapy services offered by IHC
• Develop a marketing strategy and increase engagement
• Develop email marketing strategy
• Direct marketing to behavioral health, and medical organizations, professional societies
• Develop close working relationships with other behavioral health organizations and sources of referral
• Create and manage professional site visits and local professional development programs
• Nurture relationships with community advocates
• Maintain data-base of key contacts via CRM tool or equivalent
• Demonstrates the ability to grow In-Home Counseling's services to appeal to all populations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous outside sales or marketing experience
• Mental health related experience
• Experience with aging population is a plus
• Knowledge of managed care and insurance as it relates to mental health benefits
• Must be computer savvy
• Self-starter with strong ability to work independently with limited direction
• Creative problem solver who can effectively communicate solutions and execute those solutions
• Desire and passion to help benefit and serve the isolated individuals or people wanting counseling in their homes
