Rising Spurs is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client located in Dallas, TX (ZIP 75253). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive and committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services.
At Rising Spurs, you will join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to supporting children and families through evidence-based and compassionate care.
Case Details
Location: Dallas, TX 75253 Therapy Approved: 27 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 1:30–7:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 3:00–7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation
Prepare therapy materials and activities
Model strategies and collaborate with families
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field)
Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)
RBT certification preferred but not required
Willingness to complete RBT training and certification (if not already certified)
Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Passion for supporting children with developmental differences
Compensation & Benefits
$20.00 – $29.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
