    Rising Spurs is seeking a compassionate FEMALE Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client located in Dallas, TX (ZIP 75243). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive and committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services.

    At Rising Spurs, you will join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to supporting children and families through evidence-based and compassionate care.

    Case Details

    Location: Dallas, TX 75243

    Insurance: Aetna Better Health

    Therapy Approved: 7.5-16 hours per week

    Schedule: Part Time

    Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

    Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

    Every other Thurs–Sun: No therapy

    Requirement: Female RBT only

    Position Responsibilities

    Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

    Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

    Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation

    Prepare therapy materials and activities

    Model strategies and collaborate with families

    Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Required: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential

    Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred

    Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

    Passion for supporting children with developmental differences

    Compensation & Benefits

    $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
