Rising Spurs is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for clients located in the following Dallas-area zip codes: 75253, 75227, and 75243.

This opportunity is ideal for RBTs who are passionate about supporting children and families through high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services.

Schedule Availability Needed

Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Weekend availability: Open to working some hours on Saturdays and/or Sundays

Position Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

Collect accurate data and complete session documentation

Prepare therapy materials and activities

Collaborate with families and model intervention strategies

Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Required: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential

Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred

Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

Passion for supporting children with developmental differences

Compensation & Benefits

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
