Honest Abe Roofing is hiring an In-Home Sales Advisor to meet with homeowners who have requested help with their roof. No roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, company-generated appointments, a company vehicle, sales tools, and a proven process.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments

Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs

Present roofing options and project estimates

Educate homeowners and answer questions

Build trust through clear, professional communication

Follow up with homeowners after appointments

Use our CRM to manage your pipeline

Coordinate with production after the sale

Represent Honest Abe Roofing professionally in the field

Participate in training, coaching, and role play

Work some evenings and Saturdays as needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills

Competitive, self-motivated attitude

Ability to build trust quickly

Comfortable meeting homeowners in person

Willingness to learn roofing and follow a sales process

Organized, dependable, and professional

Comfortable using basic technology and CRM tools

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred

No roofing experience required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs

Ability to pass background check and drug screening, if required

Roofing experience is not required. The right attitude and work ethic matter more.

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales role with paid training and uncapped commission potential.

The posted compensation range of $70,000 to $125,000 per year reflects realistic annual earnings for successful In-Home Sales Advisors after training and ramp-up. Top performers may earn more.

After paid training, compensation is commission-based. Honest Abe Roofing provides company-generated appointments, training, tools, and support to help you succeed.

This role is best for someone who wants to be rewarded for performance, is willing to follow a proven process, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow into a high-income sales career.

A successful In-Home Sales Advisor shows up prepared, communicates clearly, follows the sales process, manages follow-up, and helps homeowners make confident decisions.

You do not need to know roofing on day one. You do need to be willing to learn, practice, take coaching, and stay accountable.
