    What You’ll Be Doing

    Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, in-home consultations

    Deliver professional, engaging product presentations

    Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions

    Build trust and close sales on the spot

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

    Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

    Your Schedule

    Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    Run up to 3 appointments daily

    Attend bi-weekly team meetings and training sessions

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven success in sales (home improvement or in-home sales a plus)

    Strong communication and closing skills

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset

    Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust

    Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar is a plus)

    Compensation & Benefits

    $90,000 – $200,000+ per year

    Uncapped commission structure
