Design Sales Consultant -Custom Closets, Garages & Home Organization

Key responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, frustrations, goals, and style preferences

Design custom closets, cabinetry, garage systems, and home organization solutions

Present recommendations clearly and confidently

Prepare estimates and guide clients through the buying decision

Follow up with prospects and clients in a professional, organized way

Work closely with our installation team to help ensure an exceptional final result

Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

Prior sales, design, home improvement, real estate, retail, remodeling, or client-facing experience is helpful

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A consultative sales style — you know how to guide, not pressure

Good attention to detail and follow-through

Comfort learning design software, estimating tools, and our sales process

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

A positive attitude, professional appearance, and ownership mindset
