We are continuing to expand in the Sioux Falls market and are looking for an ambitious Home Improvement Sales Representative (confirmed appointments provided). In home sales experience and knowledge of the construction or bathroom remodeling process a plus, but more importantly, we are looking for individuals that take pride in their craft, are motivated to keeping sales flowing, and enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
Personally selling in the home, providing company, product and process information and estimates.
Applying our proven sales closing techniques, offering solutions to customers' issues and objections.
Maintaining monthly and annual quotas.
Completing paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information.
Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction through all necessary follow-up and communications.
Qualifications:

Scheduling Flexibility: Available to work evenings and Saturdays.
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation: Required for frequent local travel to client appointments. Applicants should be comfortable with — and ideally enjoy — spending part of their workday driving.
Willingness to Grow Professionally: Open to learning and developing new skills.
Experience: 1+ year sales experience; in-home sales experience preferred. College degree may substitute for equivalent experience.
