    Job Summary

    The In-Home Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with clients in their homes to provide financial protection and insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping families with life insurance, retirement planning, and financial security products.

    The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently while achieving sales goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct in-home appointments with prospective and existing clients
    • Analyze customer financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
    • Educate clients on life insurance, health insurance, retirement, and financial planning options
    • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities
    • Maintain strong relationships with policyholders through regular follow-ups
    • Complete applications, policy paperwork, and documentation accurately
    • Meet weekly and annual sales performance goals
    • Participate in ongoing training, licensing, and professional development programs
    • Maintain compliance with company and state insurance regulations

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
    • Self-driven with strong organizational skills
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • State Life & Health Insurance License required or willingness to obtain licensing
