We are looking for a motivated, results-driven In-Home Sales Specialist to join our LA County team. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bath remodeling solutions, and guide customers through our proven one-day transformation process — all while earning uncapped commissions in a high-energy, high-reward environment.This is your opportunity to be part of a fast-expanding franchise, helping homeowners bring their bathroom renovation dreams to life.
This is a specialized closing role. Your leads are generated and your appointments are set. You show up ready to consult, present, and close.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct in-home design consultations with pre-qualified homeowners — no prospecting required
Present custom bath remodeling solutions using our proven sales system — no cold calling, no guesswork
Guide customers through product selections, pricing, and financing options with clarity and confidence
Close deals with confidence and professionalism while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
Track and achieve personal sales goals with consistency and drive
Log all appointment outcomes, customer notes, and next steps in our CRM within 24 hours of each visit — accuracy keeps the pipeline clean and your commissions protected
Earn competitive commissions and performance-based bonuses
