We provide in-home support to adults with disabilities across Minnesota. Our person-centered approach helps individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives—one day at a time.

Position Overview

We’re hiring compassionate, organized individuals to support clients in their homes and communities. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling, employment, and household tasks

Support budgeting and financial routines

Encourage healthy relationships and community engagement

Promote independent living through personalized support

Current Openings

Burnsville: 4 hours per week; Schedule: Tuesday 1p-4p; Staff Preference: Female

Chaska- 8 hours per week, Tuesday's 9a-5p; female staff only.

Savage- 4 hours per week; Monday through Thursday 7a-8a.

Savage- 6 hour per week; schedule to be determined.

Shakopee- 10 hours per week, is looking for Saturday and Sunday from 10a-4p.

Prior Lake- 8 hours per week; Tuesday and Thursday 9a-1p; female staff only.

Prior Lake- 12 hours per week; Mon, Wed, and Friday; flexible day shifts; female staff only.

Victoria- 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday's 7:30a-1:30pm; female staff only.

Waconia- 4 hours per week, Wednesday 11a-3p, female staff only.

Qualifications

• Must pass a 245D background study • Valid driver’s license • Reliable vehicle and current car insurance • Reliable transportation • Ability to work independently • Strong organizational skills • Compassionate and patient demeanor
