We provide in-home support to adults with disabilities across Minnesota. Our person-centered approach helps individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives—one day at a time.
Position Overview
We’re hiring compassionate, organized individuals to support clients in their homes and communities. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling, employment, and household tasks
Support budgeting and financial routines
Encourage healthy relationships and community engagement
Promote independent living through personalized support
Current Openings
Apple Valley- 21 hours per week; schedule to be determined; male staff only.
Burnsville: 4 hours per week; Schedule: Tuesday 1p-4p; Staff Preference: Female
Chaska- 8 hours per week, Tuesday's 9a-5p; female staff only.
Chaska- 4 hours per week; Thursday's afternoons; female staff only.
Chaska- 4 hours per week, Tuesday mornings.
Prior Lake- 10 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday's 11a.3p.
Savage- 8 hours per week; Monday and Wednesday's afternoons; female staff preferred.
Shakopee- 8 hours per week; morning shifts twice a week.
Shakopee- 15 hours per week, morning or afternoons; flexible schedule.
Waconia- 4 hours per week, Wednesday 11a-3p, female staff only.
Waconia- 10 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings 9a-1p; female staff only.
Waconia- 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday afternoons; female staff only.

Qualifications
