We are professional, agile, and innovative, with a goal to provide in-home supports to adults with disabilities throughout Central Minnesota. Our person-centered approach focuses on each individual's unique needs, promoting independent living and positive learning.

Job Description: We are seeking In-Home Specialists to support clients in independent living. Responsibilities include:

Scheduling and maintaining appointments

Assisting with employment

Managing household tasks

Budgeting finances

Engaging in community activities

Promoting healthy relationships

Current Hiring Needs:

Stacy: Sunday 1-5p, Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8a-12p

North Branch: Monday 12:30-5:30p Thursday 10:30a-5:30p.

Wyoming: Wednesday 9-11a, Friday 1:30-3:30p (Some flexibility)

Requirements:

Reliable transportation
