Support individuals in maintaining their independence through one-on-one care

Teaching adaptive skills

Support wellness activities

Facilitate community participation

Prepare meals and snacks

Light housekeeping

Update team leads and case mangers

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous experience – homecare, direct care position, working w/ individuals w/ disabilities, seniors, dementia, etc– A Plus!

A passion to help others

Superior interpersonal skills

Willing to travel

Valid MN Driver License and Insured Driver

Must pass a background check & comfortable with DHS fingerprinting
